By booking or participating in any activity offered through our coastal dive stations, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to keep every diver safe and every arrangement clear. All diving is inherently subject to conditions of the sea, weather, and individual health, and we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any immersion when safety, visibility, currents, or forecasts make it prudent to do so. Participants must provide accurate information about their certification level, diving experience, and medical history, and must follow the instructions of our guides and instructors at all times; failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or to comply with briefings may result in exclusion from an activity without refund. Bookings are confirmed once agreed with our team, and any deposits, cancellation windows, and rescheduling arrangements will be communicated at the time of reservation. Rental equipment remains our property and must be returned in the condition provided, allowing for reasonable wear; guests are responsible for loss or damage caused by negligence. We carry out our services with professional care, maintained equipment, and rehearsed emergency procedures, yet diving carries unavoidable risks that each participant accepts by taking part. Prices, schedules, and site availability may change without prior notice, and personal belongings are brought at the owner's risk. Photographs or video captured during activities may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. These terms are governed by applicable Italian law, and by proceeding with a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them in full.
